Grain Dramatic Sydrome

I've decided that on Jan. 2, 2013, I'm going to go on a No Grain Diet for 90 Days. From the time I'm posting this mean there is less than a month to prepare. It's the second year I've done it and I'm almost wondering if I should start making this a tradition? It's been very effective in helping my quest for abs and my prevention of diabetes & heart disease, both are a high risk in my family and to be honest I don't want to be in my 40s telling people to wait while I check my blood sugar...that's just not cool at all.

I decided to share my experiences up on my old blog so people will know that their not along in their journey to get fit. Plus I think it's always cool to hear other people's story and find out what works for them. Now let me throw out a disclaimer, I'm not a health nut nor am I a professional at this. I'm only sharing what is working for me.

For people who are wondering what the guidelines are I've posted this link that was shared to me by my good friend Kelley Birdsong. It discusses the Paleo diet which is very similar to what I am doing.
